TEXTILES masterclasses
In addition to the regular TexTiles workshops, which are open to everyone, we also offer a number of masterclasses. These are led by makers and are intended for participants who already have some basic knowledge and want to further develop specific techniques.
You can explore beadwork with Larissa Schepers, gold embroidery with Hester Denissen, or tufting with Sabina Schreurs. The masterclasses offer more room for technical depth, experimentation, and developing your own way of working.
At the end of the workshop, you will have developed a new skill and contributed to the TexTiles project. Your TexTile will remain part of the larger whole, so you won’t be able to take it home. However, you will receive a small kit to continue working at home. Limited spaces available.
Textile crafts masterclasses are taught by highly skilled and experienced makers who generously share their knowledge to help preserve traditional craftsmanship. With the generous support of our funds and partners, we are able to offer these masterclasses at a much more accessible price.
