Schepers Bosman

“For us and the world: Think global, act local!” - these are the words of Sanne Schepers and Anne Bosman, a designer duo, currently based in Amsterdam. They both finished Fashion Design (BA) with honors at ArtEZ in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Afterwards they first went separate ways; Anne went to Central Saint Martins and graduated with a master degree in Menswear in 2014. Sanne decided to pursue her fashion design career at institute FRANÇAIS de la MODE in Paris. Currently, Sanne en Anne have grown out to a brand, SCHEPERS BOSMAN (SB), with numerous achievements such as winning the Les Etoiles Mercedes-Benz Award in Paris, various musicians wearing their garments on stage and collaborations with amongst others, HACKED by__

Schepers Bosmans’s work is characterized by construction, decorative patchwork, exposed seams, colours and prints. It’s their goal to stay as relevant as possible throughout time. Within 10 years, Sanne and Anne would like to grow into a bigger company, with a small team, running the SB Factory for productions, next to developing their own collections. It’s their aim to continue working from the Netherlands, presenting internationally, selling in around 20 stores worldwide, with a private group of collectors around them.

Sanne and Anne were invited by FASHIONCLASH to present their work during Belgrade Fashion Week in 2016 but they also co-hosted a Fashion House workshop in 2019 about their in-house production facility SB Factory. They feel like FASHIONCLASH helped them by connecting them to people they otherwise never would have met. “FASHIONCLASH is the kindest, most hospitable and dedicated [platform] to fashion and design.”
