MAFAD during FASHIONCLASH Festival 2015 MAFAD presents: Graduation Show 2015 + 3rd year students expo during + GrisGris

In 2014 they emerged as ABOUT 11 , a group of talented students eager to show their talent to the world. They presented their mini collections at the Opening of FASHIONCLASH Festival 2014. This year 9 designers are graduating and we are very exciting to see their collections. Make sure you don't miss MAFAD Show at 8 p.m. on June 14 at SAMdecorfabriek Maastricht. The Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design(MAFAD), is part of the Faculty of Art Maastricht and Zuyd University of applied sciences. The Bachelor of Fine Arts and the bachelor Design offers their students a challenging learning environment with outstanding ateliers, exceptional studio facilities and a vast array of different perspectives within a wide spectrum of arts and design. MAFAD is the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design, school that also shaped the founders/directors of FASHIONCLASH foundation.

3rd year students exhibtion at Bookshop Dominicanen  During the FASHIONCLASH Festival MAFAD proudly presents, besides their graduation show, our 3rd year students with their mini-collections at the Dominicanenkerk bookstore in Maastricht. - Domino Vugts, with her independent woman collection - Luisa Sugaipov, with her Myahkri collection, based on the modern warrior - Victoria Keller, with her collection that breaths innocence and is based on the girly look of the 60's - Ilona Simons, with her men collection inspired by 20th century work wear, in particular by the pilot overall.

GrisGris_sieraadMAFADGrisGris / “Geloof, Liefde en Hoop” goes fashion. - June 12 at the opening show  MAFAD jewellery students show their take on traditional GrisGris, amulets believed to bring luck and protect the wearer from evil.
