Meet the FASHIONCLASH Festival 2025 Fashion Film Program jury & finalists

The FASHIONCLASH Fashion Film Program 2025 at Lumière Cinema will again offer a platform for designers and filmmakers who experiment with the fashion film genre. The program will consist of a selection of 35 films from different countries in the world - thus showing a very diverse range of perspectives, disciplines, cultures and stories. Including a new short film from last year’s winner Hadi Moussally. Additionaly on Friday 14 November, the two pitch winning teams of the FASHIONCLASH Fashion Film Project 2025 will premerie their short films ‘The Sneeze’ and ’HANGMAN & CO’.

Friday evening 14 November will be all about the presentation of six finalists who were chosen from the total selection by a jury consisting of Adriano Batista, Kateřina Hynková, Elie Inoue, and Marcel Schlutt. The unknown finalist will be rewarded the FASHIONCLASH Festival 2025 Fashion Film Award 2025 and/or The KALTBLUT Magazine Award during the Premiere & Award Ceremony showcase at the festival opening night, Friday evening 19.30 – 21.00 at Lumière Cinema

meet the jury panel

Marcel Schlutt is the founder and editor-in-chief of KALTBLUT Magazine, based in Berlin. Marcel Schlutt is a German fashion model, photographer and journalist. He is a founder and editor-in-chief of Kaltblut Magazine, a Berlin based fashion, art and music magazine.

Adriano Batista is the editor-in-chief of Menswear magazine Fucking Young! and fashion editor of Vein magazine. Born in Portugal, Adriano moved to Barcelona to study photography. After meeting Eduardo Garcia, they both started Fucking Young! as a menswear website. After a fast growing, the website became a reference in menswear with visitors from all over the world, making easy the decision of creating a print bi-annual magazine also distributed worldwide. During all this time, Adriano had the chance to interview and meet big names in the fashion industry and work with some of the best photographers and models in the business.  

Elie Inoue is a Paris-based fashion journalist. Born and raised in Osaka, Japan. Moving to New York at the age of 22 to hone her skills as a writer. Since 2016, she has been based in Paris, covering fashion weeks in Europe, interviewing designers, and writing extensively on culture and lifestyle. Her work appears in publications such as WWD JAPAN, ELLE Japan, as well as international titles including Vogue Ukraine and T Magazine China.

Kateřina Hynková is a Prague-based fashion and costume designer, stylist, and co-founder of the cultural magazine SWARM MAG. With extensive experience as a tailor in the film industry, she bridges craftsmanship with editorial and commercial styling, creating bold visual narratives that intertwine history and contemporary aesthetics. Her work spans international film productions, advertising campaigns, music videos, and editorial projects, often amplifying the voices of Central and Eastern European creative scenes. Together with the SWARM MAG team, she curates interdisciplinary collaborations that give visibility to emerging designers and artists while pushing the boundaries between fashion and art.
