All breathe beneath the shadow of the church

Directed by Guus Bos

All Breathe Beneath the Shadow of the Church follows a young priest who longs to be seen but is trapped within the system of the church that he wants to serve. While he becomes increasingly isolated, his need for recognition grows and an unseen entity emerges that ultimately exploits his desires. Through a lens of digital manipulation, the film balances realism and abstraction to amplify the inner conflict of the priest and questions how a system that is meant to provide faith and connection can instead lead to isolation and control.
