Not Asking for It

Set in a 00s-styled marketing office, “Not Asking for It” follows a young woman working on a campaign titled “Dress Smart, Stay Respected”. While she finds herself trapped in the contradiction between her company’s message and her own refusal to conform, she encounters multiple versions of herself symbolising fear, rebellion, and ignorance. After the campaign spreads through the city and turns into a haunting reminder of society’s pressure on women to fit rigid expectations, she decides to hijack the city screens to replace the slogan with her own message: Not Asking for It, reclaiming the right to self-expression without fear.
