Nia Millano is an interdisciplinary artist interested in the relationships between fashion, performance, and materials.

‘Skin Potions’ explores how clothing can affect the body and the way we experience it. A dry piece of silk is transformed into a glycerin-based gel that sticks to the skin and hydrates it, turning a garment into a sensory experience. The work explores what happens when material and body come together.
